Vani is the Director of SUN Hyderabad, with 14 years of experience in manufacturing and IT industries. Her specialization in Psychology made it easier to become a certified trainer for Thomas International Psychometry Personal Profiling Analysis in London, UK.
Prior to joining SUN, she has worked for 12 years in various Information Technology companies starting her career as a HR executive and developed to become a part of Senior Management. Various levels of HR department always kept her in touch with the skills available that were falling behind the Industry demands. It is this experience which made her understand the gap between the Industry expectations and the students capabilities. Her aspiration is to prepare the students on essentials for a successful career which include Communication skills, Business ethics, Etiquettes, Personality development, Corporate culture etc that make SUN Management students to outclass in the Organizations. Lastly she has started a Right Help Foundation Trust as a part of community development through which she would like to motivate students to take some social service projects to make them responsible citizens of India. Vani obtained MBA from New Hampshire University specialized in Human Resource Management and Under graduation is Psychology, IRPM.

Also Worked with MSys Inc Ltd US based Firm Handled International Recruitment having placed Software Consultant in US; UK and Euproean Countries on Latest technologies like Calypso and Murex ; Java ; SAP and Oracle Apps R 12.
